Residency at CJO House
While offering services that are less restrictive than a halfway house, S4L homes are unique in that we offer self-pay program which teaches our residents financial responsibility for their own recovery. Residents learn to utilize new-found sobriety skills to rebuild their lives one step at a time.
To qualify for residency and use of a Sober 4 Life home and it’s amenities, a resident must agree to adhere to S4L’s Rules and Regulations and Policies as well as its Financial Agreements.
CJO House Residency Fees are collected on a weekly basis and include the costs of all amenities and services provided. Residency Fees include exclusive use of a single bed, night stand, bureau and closet space, as well as shared use of all common spaces. These common spaces include the living rooms, kitchen facilities, appliances, bathrooms, workout equipment, internet and utilities as well as the outdoor common areas. Any resident’s excessive utility use may result in additional assessments to some or all residents. A resident will be assessed fees for any damage caused to any S4L home or personal property as well as another S4L resident’s personal property.
All residents must make my scheduled payments when they are due. Failure to make payments when due may result in my discharge from the Sober 4 Life home.
